If you would like to join our fire company please stop down our department if there is a member there and ask them how to join. If no member is present there then please contact us on here about joining.

There are 2 different positions as firefighters at the fire department:

1) Junior Firefighter

2) Active Firefighter

Junior Firefighters start at the age of 14 and up to the age of 18. These members are not aloud to go on certain calls due to there age.  These members must have working papers, they are also not aloud to use any type of warning lights and not aloud to respond to fire calls throughout the night and during school hours

NOTE: IF A JUNIOR MEMBER IS UNDER 18 AND ACHIEVED THERE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA THEN THAT MEMBER IS CONSIDERED AS AN ACTIVE FIREFIGHTER PER STATE LAW

Active Firefighters start at the age of 18 and aloud to go on all calls. These members do not have a time limit to respond to calls and are aloud to use warning lights only if approval by Chief
